I love writing, and I enjoy driving anything I can get behind the wheel of. (The most unique was a 1948 GE diesel locomotive).

I’ve written a number of different blog-style types of content over the years: features, new vehicle reviews, interviews, news posts, listicles, and in-depth buyer’s guides, to name a few.

My passion is telling stories. I got my start writing professionally for Motor Trend magazine, where I worked on their Buyer’s Guide (print and online), features, and news from 2014 to 2016.

Since becoming a freelance writer in 2016, I’ve written six print buyer’s guides for Diesel Power magazine, and various features for Super Street (print and online), Automobile (online), and Hagerty (online). I’ve also done Best of, how-to articles, and product reviews for The Drive.

In 2021 I joined Capital One in their Auto Finance division, working primarily on a consumer-facing learning center. There I’ve edited to AP Style, overseen content production, and more recently been able to do some writing again.
